Make sure wash your Tomato before eat it, lot of chemical on it

i usually put the tomato in the hot water for a few second to minutes then wash it in cold water, hope y ou can see the Tomato inside the container, see the water turn greenish color that is the chemical so make sure wash it well before you make it into salad

beef and broccoli fry noodle 牛肉和西蘭花炒麵

Today i am busy in downtown, so i had no time and mood to search specific places to eat, so i just run into a small Chinese restaurant and order a dish to eat, it is the  beef and broccoli fry noodle  牛肉和西蘭花炒麵..the quality is ok, nothing too great or bad to complaint about it, but the portion are very huge.... it totally cost about $12.50 with tax and tips.
