Home Make Our Northern Chinese ( Shangdonese ) Dumpling -- Peter Suk Sin Chan 山東水餃 陳叔善

My cusion come from Beijing to visit us. She and her friend had make one of our Shangdonese Style Dumpling for us. It is the one with Pork, Garlic chives,and Chinese Cabbage. It is so fresh, taste so good, but we all agree that the only thing not perfect is because due to time limit we cant home make our dumpling skin so we had to use the super market ready make one... off course it will affect the final out come of the quality of the dumpling....but we still enjoy it very much for it is fresh and taste great
